Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

a. A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure our photography services for your event.

b. The remaining 40% of the total fee is due on the day of the first event.

c. The final 10% payment must be made on or before the last scheduled event.

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. There will be no refunds on the advance payment in case of cancellation for any event.

b. In the event of cancellation from the client's end, no rescheduling or refund will be given, regardless of the circumstances leading to the cancellation.

c. In the event of cancellation from the photographer's end due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of the advance payment.

3. Rescheduling:

a. Rescheduling of the event is subject to availability.

b. A rescheduling fee may be applicable, and the client will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the rescheduling.

c. For rescheduling, the client needs to inform well in advance and provide the referral themselves.

d. Any outbound or inbound call which does not state the client's referral details will not be entitled to rescheduling.

4. Photography Coverage:

a. The photography services will be provided as agreed upon in the booking confirmation.

b. Any additional services requested on the day of the event may incur extra charges.

5. Image Delivery:

a. The final edited images will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.

b. The client will receive a digital copy of the high-resolution images via a secure online gallery or other agreed-upon means.

6. Client Cooperation:

a. The client agrees to provide necessary cooperation to ensure the smooth execution of the photography services.

b. The photographer is not liable for any limitations resulting from the client's failure to provide essential cooperation.

7. Image Usage:

a. The client grants the photographer the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the photographer's portfolio and social media.

8. Unforeseen circumstances

a. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, or other unavoidable incidents, the photographer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. However, no refunds will be issued.

9. Liability:

a. The photographer is not liable for any loss or damage to equipment, property, or persons during the provision of services.

b. The client is responsible for the safety and conduct of all individuals involved in the event.

By booking our photography services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. These terms may be subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
